Welcome to Studio Ghibli AI, an AI-powered image generation service inspired by the artistic style of Studio Ghibli. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Studio Ghibli AI provides users with an AI-powered platform for generating images in the style of Studio Ghibli animations. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Generated Content Guidelines

When using our AI image generation service:

• You are responsible for the content you generate using our service
• You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• You understand that generated images may not be perfect replications of Studio Ghibli style
• You agree to use generated images in accordance with our usage terms

AI Content Acceptable Use

Do not create, upload or distribute sexual or NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hateful or discriminatory content; content that sexually exploits, endangers or abuses children; deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual impersonation or misleading depictions of real people; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights. Only upload images you are entitled to use and obtain any necessary consent from depicted people.

Generation providers may reject requests under their safety rules. Report suspected violations to support@studioghibliai.org, including a page or generation identifier and a description. We review reports manually and may reject requests, remove access to violating content, suspend accounts or terminate access as appropriate. We may retain necessary evidence and respond to lawful requests. You can contact support to dispute an enforcement decision. We do not guarantee that every generated output is detected or reviewed in advance.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Studio Ghibli AI:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary AI models and technology
• Reselling or redistributing AI-generated images without proper attribution
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

Privacy and Data Collection

Studio Ghibli AI collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Usage Details: Data related to your image generation activity
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service

Pricing and Payments

Image plans are monthly subscriptions: Starter $9.90, Creator $39.90 and Studio $129.90 per month, automatically renewed. Each paid monthly period grants 50, 250 or 1,000 credits. Monthly credits expire at billing period end and do not roll over. Cancel renewal in Account → Billing; access continues until current period end. Failed renewal payments do not grant a new allowance. Existing one-time and signup credits keep their original expiry and are not converted to recurring payments. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Provide accurate billing information. For payment questions or refund requests, contact support@studioghibliai.org with your order identifier. Requests are reviewed based on actual usage and applicable law. Price changes apply to future purchases and are disclosed before any affected renewal.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, studioghibliai.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless studioghibliai.org, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
